Adaptive Indoor Rowing - Winter Spring 2026

Adaptive Rowing 10 years to Adult
An introduction to rowing for children and adults with mental and/or physical limitations.  This group workout uses state-of-the art Concept ll Rowing Ergometers. Family members are encouraged to register and join the workout.


Don't worry, this activity will return in the Winter 2027

Winter Session:
Fridays:        January 9 - March 27
Fee:             $40/12 weeks
Time:            5 - 6 pm
Location:      Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center, Lower Level Rowing Room

Spring session:
Fridays:        April 10 - June 12 (No class April 3)
Fee:             $33/10 weeks
Time:            5 - 6 pm
Location:      Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center, Lower Level Rowing Room
